Customer Service reps to do surveys for hospital stays and dr. visits. Our client is offering this as an entry level position along with letting you CHOOSE YOUR OWN HOURS. APPLY TODAY! Responsibilities:
- Read verbatim scripted instructions to respondents in a way that is clear and easy to understand
- Solicit respondents to participate in surveys
- Clarify and probe for answers
- Listen attentively and respond appropriately to respondents, but maintain a neutral and unbiased position.
- Complete interviews with confidence and at an intergenic, efficient and productive pace, while maintaining an acceptable productivity rate
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have excellence Customer Service, written and verbal communication, and reading skills
