Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the day to day communications with Clients in our order file. CSR will be given their own bank of clients to which they will communicate throughout the process of their purchase through delivery. CSR will have opportunities to sell upgrades via contract amendments that will gain them additional commissions over and above their standard rate of pay.
- 40 Hrs Per Week
- Must have telephone Etiquite
- Must have computer knowledge (Excel, Word & Email)
- Must be personable and enjoy speaking with people.
- Must be good at Time Management and have good organization skills
