Position Responsibilities:
Manage Inbound Communications: Skillfully handle and promptly respond to incoming phone calls and online inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients.
Appointment Scheduling Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in scheduling appointments through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a seamless and organized booking process.
Essential Requirements:
Sales Experience: A significant advantage if you bring 1-2 years of documented success in sales roles.
Quota Achievement: A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas, showcasing your ability to excel in a target-driven environment.
Phone Proficiency: Demonstrate a robust phone presence with experience in making numerous daily calls, highlighting your communication skills and comfort in a high-call-volume setting.
Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18 years to be eligible for this position.
Educational Background: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Communication Skills: Exhibit proficient written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Utilize Tech Skills: Harness your proficiency in computer and phone usage to enhance the efficiency of appointment bookings. Leverage your technological skills to streamline processes and provide a smooth experience for both clients and the team.
Adaptability: Display a willingness to learn and the confidence to execute phone scripts, adapting to various scenarios and customer needs.
Language Proficiency: Spanish or bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage for this role, enhancing your ability to cater to a diverse clientele.
