We are looking for Call Center Agents who thrive in a results-driven sales environment while receiving recognition and comprehensive base and commission pay. You will be surrounded by a team comprised of individuals who have built their careers by consistently set higher benchmarks and continuously strive to set the standard in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calling daily and ask qualifying questions
- Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
- Meet performance expectations and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Must reside and be commutable distance from Columbus, Ohio
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Fast-paced Call Center experience a plus
- Strong phone, computer, and communication skills
- Self-motivated & independent
- Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment
