Call Center Agent Automotive

Serpentini Chevrolet is a rapidly growing automotive retailer that is looking to hire Call Center Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). BDC Representative Qualifications:

• Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
• Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
• Must like being part of a TEAM
• Clean background check

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

• Generate appointments by means of proactive inbound and outbound prospecting, and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Set appointments
• Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our sales offerings
• Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
• Meet specified monthly targets and goals
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and department promptly
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude

BDC RepresentativePreferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior customer relations or BDC experience required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-starter, motivated and success driven
• Confident, positive and high energy presence
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
