Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at Type Lyfe Talk, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional and courteous assistance to customers.
- Deliver accurate information about Type Lyfe Talk's products and services.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Type Lyfe Talk's offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Stay updated on updates, promotions, and changes in services.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the Call Center database.
- Input relevant information and notes into customer profiles.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that customer service meets or exceeds established standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Provide information on promotions and discounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software quickly.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
