This flex-first, remote, work-from-home, full-time position that may involve travel. The role reports directly to Episource’s Business Operations Implementation Director.

Here’s how you’ll impact Episource:

• Leverage your people skills. You will drive a smooth client onboarding, launch new initiatives, and ensure operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, provide a seamless transition from the idea phase to the program launch, and ensure successful implementation.

• Analyze and evaluate. Review service level agreements, support forecast development, and define strategic direction for clients.

• Partner with a passion. Use your strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to navigate projects and ensure uniform decisions are made.

• Observe with an eye for improvement. Identify opportunities within Episource integration efforts to set teams up for success from the very beginning.

What you will bring to the Expert Teams at Episource:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field

• Experience in project management, implementation, or client services

• Proven experience in project management or client program implementation roles

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

Salary Range: $96,000 - $120,000 / year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements; please see our benefits section above for more information.)
