Form of workClinical Trial Systems Specialist, Business Operations, Clinical Operations will support Business Operations, Clinical Operations Organization with data cleaning/ data scrubbing of Arcus existing Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). They will work with CTMS team to drive the identification, planning, and implementation of this activity. As this position and team progress, additional job duties could be assigned that are not listed in this description.
This position is remote or if in bay area in-house/hybrid. They will report to the Head of Business Operations.Responsibilities Participate in brainstorming with team to identify best process, planning, and updating CTMS records. Clean existing organizational and personnel records, including removing duplicates, inactivating irrelevant data, standardizing nomenclature, fix errors, handle missing values, clear formatting, etc. Quality check existing records Escalate potential issues Work with multi-functional team to problem solve issues Work with study teams to ensure current site and personnel are appropriately documentedQualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, including study management or systems experience Understanding of Clinical Trials and Clinical Trial Systems Excellent Microsoft skills and experience using Clinical Trial management web-based systems (i.e. EDC, IRT, CTMS, eTMF, etc.).
Veeva Vault preferred.
