Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for dynamic passionate sales professionals to join our new business sales team. Ideal candidates are those with a natural ability for nurturing relationships, excel as team players, embody humility, and possess a strong emotional intelligence. You should have exceptional listening skills, capable of comprehensively understanding customer needs, and adept at aligning our offerings with these needs. A strong work ethic and a desire to win is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-call research on sales opportunities before outreach to gather insights about the individual or organization.
- Make first contact and arrange meetings with potential sales opportunities
- Adhere to established sales procedures to qualify and close new business deals.
- Guide new clients in adopting fundamental retail strategies that will enhance their sales performance.
- Gather initial onboarding documents and generate tailored preliminary quotes.
- Participate in at least one industry tradeshow annually.
- Provide support to Customer Care by assisting with the processing of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience working with a service focused organization
- Record of success exceeding objectives
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

Travel: 5-10% (This may increase or decrease based on the needs of the business)
Salary: $26/Hour ($54,000) - $30.00/Hours ($62,400)
