Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and performing sales functions to meet personal and company sales goals.
- Conducting market research and planning including competitor analysis.
- Formulating and developing sales goals, plans, and procedures. Once developed, implement these strategies in cooperation with the Business Development Director.
- Contact customers to submit proposals for all facets of the products and services provided by Redi Services LLC.
- Planning and executing strategic sales activities that support Redi Services LLC objectives and developing new opportunities for additional growth within budgeted limits.
- Reviewing and negotiating any contracts and agreements that exceed the prescribed minimum.
- Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by customers, employees, and the public.
- Ensuring that the company is following all government laws, regulations, and codes.
- Setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives and providing direction for their attainment.
- Maintaining an awareness of business and market related trends including new product or service offerings and determining the impact of any changes or activities that could affect Redi Services LLC.
- Using your excellent Microsoft Office skills and/or other related software.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: BS/BA in Marketing, Sales, or related field
Salary: $75,000-$90,000
