- 3 years experience proficiently operating a forklift, required
- Forklift certification, preferred

- Ability to lead instructional classes with small groups of people

- Participates in facility leadership meetings
- Communicate and manage logistic companies to schedule incoming and outgoing freight
- Inspect trailers and product upon receiving of the product (seal intact, damages, potential hazards, etc.)
- Responsible for the accuracy of product and loads being shipped
- Safely, securely, and efficiently load outbound freight
- Enter shipped products into the current tracking system
- Responsible for verification of completed logbooks (forklift)
- Assist as needed in keeping the green bean silos full
- Assist as needed to help with other department's logistic coordination needs
- Certified forklift and MEWP Instructor
- Train and re-certify all new and existing employees in forklift use and safety
- Keep accurate records of employee forklift certifications
- Constant safety evaluations of all equipment and storage areas
- Follow all processes and procedures associated with all company facility safety requirements
- Address all safety concerns as they come up
- Assist with food safety compliance
- Assist in production tracking and reporting (ERP) as needed
- Pull a sample from each incoming green bean load and deliver to Lead Roaster
- Manage, coordinate, and perform weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual inventories
- Accurately verify, label, and inventory all products received
- Enter the received product into the current inventory management system
- Properly rotate stock
- Actively manage warehouse space for all on-site inventory organization and traceability
- Responsible for reporting all shrinkage and waste of product throughout the month
