Responsibilities:
- Create and maximize capacity by ensuring productive use of all assets, equipment, and drivers
- Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and customer issues that have been received from the Customer
- Service and Sales departments.
- Manage requests for pick-up or container deliver in a timely manner and initiate outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and/or pick-up problems before they result in a service issue.
- Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations.
- Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process.
- Report and document driver performance issues, concerns, or disputes to appropriate management for resolution.
- Communicate with maintenance shop personnel and serve as an emergency point of contact.
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and fellow co-workers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing professional customer support.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and Customer Service.
- Work closely with transportation subcontractors, process shipments, and ensure they are delivered within agreed terms.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Directing all transportation activities, processing paperwork, and inspect load for accurate loading of product for transportation.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing customer orders, returns and customer requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and rectifications.
- Communicating and coordinating with co-workers as necessary.
Requirements:
1: Bilingual Mandarin and English
2: 1 year of Customer Service
3: May work during weekends/Holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.69 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
