Responsibilities:
- Maintain an industry-leading level of customer service
- Specify and estimate projects
- Coordinate projects between vendors and clients
- Convert inbound leads to sold projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing clients
- Establishing a pipeline
- Maintain an manage the CRM - keep it current
- Build community brand awareness
- Coordinate with CEO to set monthly sales goals to drive year end targets
Skills and Abilities:
- Outgoing personality and ability to effectively connect with people
- 5 years experience in B2B and B2C sales - HR would be a plus
- Strong proficiency with IOS and cloud-based web apps
- Driver’s license
- Availability to work outside of business hours
- Strong network relationships with mid size to large corporate entities an asset. Non profits, Chambers memberships and/or BIA associations also an asset.
- Experience in technical sales Experience in Telephony an asset
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Able to work remotely and in person

Education:
- University level education - minimum undergraduate degree
Compensation:
- $45,000 Base/Commensurate with experience
- Generous Commission Structure
- Travel reimbursements - IRS mileage
- Cell phone allowance
