RWK is looking to hire a B2B Business Development Representative, whose primary responsibility is to engage with Prospects, build interest in RWK and educate them on the IT industry. We are looking for the ideal candidate who understands bringing on new accounts is about achieving their sales metrics while showcasing how RWK IT Services can help our partners be more productive and profitable. We have relationships with our partners, not just interactions. The following skills will excel in this position:

  • An Expert Level Ability to listen, ask questions of new business prospects and build relationships
  • The Capacity to continually learn in the IT industry & Consistently Execute the proven lead generation process
  • The Ability to Learn capitilize on the hyper-growth market of cybersecurity sales combined with Managed IT service sales.

RWK IT Services is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This is a quota-carrying, salaried position that includes an uncapped bonus.

About the Role:

  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on our product/services
  • Qualify those prospects to determine whether they’re a good fit for RWK IT Services
  • Organize and take thorough notes on prospects in ConnectWise CRM
  • Learn our offerings inside and out to be able to have initial conversations with potential partners

  • You have a track record of driving results
  • You’re hardworking, goal-oriented and meets quotas
  • You have a tireless positive attitude
  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You can put yourself in others’ shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
  • Likes to listen and discover client needs before trying to sell. You're interested in finding the right solution versus generating a lead.

  • Competitive Salary: Strong base plus bonus structure ($50K base plus commission. Commission minimum is $3,500 monthly and earning potential is $20,000 monthly, based on performance)
