Job Description
- Curating a list of target companies (“potential clients”) or people of influence.
- Cold call potential clients in order to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Establish contact and form relationships with potential clients and people of influence (collectively “Pipeline”) in order to create a potential business relationship.
- Understand and articulate Kreshmore’s various business lines in order to effectively explain and sell our services.
- Convert pipeline into meetings for managing director team.
- Create and automate touch points in order to foster the Pipeline.
- Engage Managing Director once lead is ready to discuss a potential business opportunity.
- Document calls and results, make reports to management as required.
The candidate should be a results driven and detailed oriented individual who can connect with successful entrepreneurs and professionals. They should be able to develop a proprietary network and pipeline and nurture that pipeline in a thoughtful and meticulous way. This position will be required to learn the basic business lines offered at Kreshmore Group in order to explain them at a high-level to potential prospects. The Business Development Representative I position will require the candidate to spend most of the day making calls to potential business relationships. This position requires that the candidate be in the office.

Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
- Undergraduate degree from reputable institution.
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills.
- Background or experience in the financial services sector.
- Ability to converse and build rapport with professionals and executives.
- Background and experience in effectively utilizing CRMs.
- Customer / client orientation.
- Originality.
- Perform work under direct supervision.
- Handle basic issues and problems.
- Refer complex problems to higher-level staff.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute on a long-term strategic outreach campaign.
- Strict adherence to deadlines.
- Must be a hard worker and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and follow a speaking script for cold calls.
