About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing company. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive sales experience, excel at lead generation, relationship building, deal closing, and client education and retention.
Responsibilities/ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
· 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Identify potential customers by establishing relationships with key decision makers in communities in the area.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and promotional material to prospective clients
- Contract negotiation.
- Expert level communication and follow-up
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth and success.
- Maintaining up to date sales records and reports
- Staying informed and up to date on all industry trends
- Developing and maintaining a marketing strategy to bring in new business.
· Business-minded and results-oriented
· Building and maintaining impactful relationships internally and with clients is critical to your success.
· Your goal is to develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different industries.
· You will be responsible for building target company portfolio, identifying growth opportunities within the business unit, managing the scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers, and selling expert-level services.
· You will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conduct orientation sessions, and address logistical needs. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in effectively communicating our company's culture, policies, and procedures.
· You will conduct orientation sessions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition for the new communities. You will guide new communities through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.
· Condo/ HOA experience at least 2 years
Salary:
· $50,000.00 per year plus commission
· 2 weeks paid vacation after 90-day probationary period.
