The Student Services Technician fulfills the Summit Academy Management (SAM) mission by reviewing, investigating, correcting, and completing the daily entry of student data. The Student Services Technician assists the Operations Department in resolving student data errors within the student information software.
Essential Functions
- Review student data for accuracy and validation within the student information software system.
- Enter student data as assigned.
- Run error reports, interpret data submission errors, and perform corrections.
- Serves as backup support for all student data systems as needed.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Office experience includes intermediate-level word processing and database experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational and project management skills; sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and detail-oriented
- Typing proficiency of 60 w.p.m. with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must develop and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains confidentiality of privileged information.
- Other duties assigned set forth by SAM.
