Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to

spearhead marketing and sales initiatives for new business leads within the Arizona

market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads,

developing strategic partnerships, and closing deals in the restoration or related

industries.

Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and

residential restoration market in Arizona.

 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to

generate leads and increase brand awareness.

 Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property

managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and contractors.

 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and

potential areas for expansion.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and

customer satisfaction.

 Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.

 Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

 Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking

functions.

 Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's market position and

revenue growth.

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

(preferred).

 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or

marketing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

 Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
