Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to
spearhead marketing and sales initiatives for new business leads within the Arizona
market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads,
developing strategic partnerships, and closing deals in the restoration or related
industries.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and
residential restoration market in Arizona.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to
generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property
managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and contractors.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and
potential areas for expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and
customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking
functions.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's market position and
revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or
marketing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
