About the Job:
The Talent Management Manager works to support and further develop HCW associates and leaders through HCW Corporate Programs including (but not limited to) employee succession planning, employee engagement initiatives. The manager identifies and recommends development opportunities, programs, and tools to support the career development, engagement, and growth of all HCW associates.
Job Duties & Functions
- Collaborating with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development, learning and talent management.
- Partner with Human Resources Leaders and Property Leaders to ensure alignment and linking of talent management processes with other Human Resources initiatives (e.g. retention strategies, sourcing strategies).
- Works to assess development needs, performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities.
- Assures the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods, education and Development programs to business.
- Develops communication and marketing methods in educating associates on education programs and resources.
- Provides proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes and so on.
- Develop effective internal communications to ensure that all HR COE projects events and updates are shared with the appropriate associates.
- Design and implement programs to measure, develop, and manage our internal talent including performance management, engagement, and succession planning.
- Utilize human capital analytics and metrics to design actionable strategies for talent programs
- Assisting property leaders in recruiting best practices, pipelines for obtaining Talent and giving best practices for employee retention
