Position: Business Development Consultant

Please note: This a 100% commission/1099 contactor position.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Overview:

As a Business Development Consultant at UCare Staffing LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue process. We are seeking an individual with strong work ethics and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal Having strong presentation skills with the ability to initiate a sale and carry it to closure is required. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating strong client relationships
• Maintaining and enhancing existing relationships
• Developing new business opportunities
• Meeting or exceeding defined sales objectives
• Identifying new business opportunities ·
• Growing sales by maintaining our current client base and expanding with new clients
• Completing all the necessary reporting via the CRM by making notes to existing clients and opportunities as they come up

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least one year of proven experience as a Business Development/Sales Consultant or a related role
• Strong work ethic
• Significant experience in relationship-building with a track record of success
• Strong relationship building skills - can engage and influence decision-makers
• A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity
• Candidates should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have a computer/laptop and reliable
