SalarySalary: $50,000 plus uncapped commissions and equity
Chexology, creator of ABC’s Shark Tank featured product CoatChex, is seeking a superstar recent graduate or Early Career professional to join our Chexology Master Business Development Class & Leadership Training Program, where you will learn all aspects of the Chexology business. You will receive training on everything from go-to-market strategies, creative selling techniques, turning innovative ideas into product features, and so much more. You will work directly with our Founder & CEO, and team leads, who will empower you to find where your skills, passions, and future goals align to help you create your own Chexology career path!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Clearly articulate how Chexology's products can address pain points to meet specific new or existing client needs
- Source new business leads and opportunities to advance goals, including participation in conference trade shows
- Extensive research to land new deals, including identifying prospect pain points, drivers, and decision-makers
- Answer client questions about the company, product, prices, and terms
- Conduct ROI analysis and deliver proposals based on target client needs
- Become an expert on process pain points we solve and demo product features, selected based on priorities
- Facilitate deals and on-boarding processes, including escalating potential issues, coordinating with colleagues, scheduling meetings and follow-up items, all while advocating client needs
- Work collaboratively across teams including Client Success, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Provide administrative support as needed

- Prior experience that demonstrates your business acumen
- Creative and innovative problem-solving
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills; Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations

- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships

Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field
- Internship experience in business, consulting, sales, or marketing
