We are looking for a strong leader who will be accountable for the overall execution of the Business Development and Sales activities. This role is responsible for developing sales leads, business opportunity, and increase revenue through new customer research activities and direct customer interaction, working in tandem with each senior leadership team member to achieve increased revenue, profitability, cash generation, and high-quality customer satisfaction. In collaboration with the Creo-Tech Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team, this role is accountable for developing Business Development strategic plans, budgets and ensuring budget targets are met through effective, efficient processes and utilization of resources.

- Lead and direct marketing, Business Development and other activities at the operational unit.
- Work in tandem with each senior leadership team to achieve increased revenue, profitability, cash generation, and high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Develop Business Development strategic plans, budgets and ensuring budget targets are met through effective, efficient processes and utilization of resources.
- Meet regularly with organizational leaders, to facilitate Business Development resolution of issues/problems between business units and/or departments.
- Develop and manage call cycles on key existing customer contacts, review contact reports and ensure clients are seen regularly across the area of responsibility.
- Identify new targeted clients within the targeted industries to develop new relationships, make contact and build relationships.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Liaise with members of staff to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to delivery and needs assessment.
- Attract, as well as retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies.
- Assist in brand development, social media and digital presence and campaigns, marketing material, trade shows and other sales and Business Development activities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years experience in Business Development or sales roles
- Proven track record in marketing complex mechanical, high purity process & piping systems within the Life Sciences and/or beverage industries (Preferred)
- Experience in any combination of the following industries: Consulting Engineering / Electro-Mechanical Engineered & Manufactured Products / Industrial Automation, Construction Management & Project Management/Controls
