Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in the assembly, packaging, or processing of products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality control.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Willingness to work either 1st or 2nd shift, with the possibility of occasional overtime.
Must be open to training on 2nd shift if required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
