Business Development Administrative Assistant

Specialized fraud investigation company seeking an enthusiastic, entry level professional for a Business Development Administrative Assistant role. The position is full-time, and compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and availability.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• New case entry
• Manage orders, cases, and clients lists in CRM system, including but not limited to, locating clients who have changed positions, roles, or companies
• Set and effectuate deadlines for all tasks assigned
• Maintain and update sales pipeline for weekly reports
• Monitor and manage report quality; Edit for accuracy, grammar, content, and format
• Maintain and update digital dashboard
• Maintain and inventory all promotional items
• Delivery of promotional items to clients when necessary
• Document and effectuate improvement plans as it pertains to in-house processes
• Communicate with and update clients as necessary
• Communicate and coordinate assignments, campaigns, and initiatives with other departments
• Attend client engagement events

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Proficient in use of email and internet searches
• Superior knowledge of grammar and professional protocols
• One or more years’ experience in an office environment preferred
