· Establishes sales goals to expand market share and enhance company profitability
· Develops sales plans and programs in coordinate with company leadership to ensure profitable growth and expansion of company products and services
· Explores new markets and develops strategies for successful entry into new markets
· Implements practical, timely solutions to remove obstacles to sales growth
· Establishes rapport quickly with potential customers and prospects
· Makes regular customer sales calls and tracks sales funnel progress in Salesforce
· Develops and remains accountable to department KPIs and sales process
· Consults and collaborates with Engineering Department, SVP of Sales, and Customer Relations Manager on estimating & quoting of the company’s products
· Develops quoting opportunities and closes new business
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent eperience
· Previously experience in sales/marketing, plastics, estimating, engineering, injection molding and/or finance and accounting
· 6 to 8 years of experience including quoting, injection molding and/or industrial sales
· Takes initiative; driven to get things done
· Responds well to pressure
· Enthusiastic and personable
· Effectively multitasks in a fast-paced environment

· Adept at incorporating and adopting new technology

· Knowledge of basic engineering principles and processes

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM system and quoting software
