Schedule: Ability to be remote two days per week after 90 days.
As a Business Analyst I/II/III, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, understanding, and documenting business needs/requirements
- Preparing and proposing solutions including means to integrate information systems and business processes
- Translating business requirements to technical specifications and coordinate/lead all aspects of testing/quality assurance
- Serving as one of the most well rounded and senior members of your team
- Assisting with peer-to-peer training and aiding in developing enhance team services and improvements
Salary Range:
Education/Experience:
BA I: Associate degree in business, or a closely related field. Requires two years relatable technical, technical business, Business Analyst or business analysis experience. Experience with credit and/or financial institutions is preferred.
BA II: Associate's degree in business, or a closely related field. Requires three years relatable technical, technical business, or Business Analyst or analysis experience. Experience with credit and/or financial institutions is preferred.
BA III: A bachelor’s degree in business, or a closely related field is required for Level III. Requires three years relatable technical, technical business, or Business Analyst or analysis experience. Experience with credit and/or financial institutions is preferred.
Experience with credit unions and/or financial institutions is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Keys to success:
- Must be able to work after normal hours and on weekends, as needed
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written format with a diverse group of users, managers, and Senior Managers to foster good relationships with each business unit
- Ability to organize and prioritize various projects and multi-task work assignments
- Knowledge of computer language and database systems.
