Business Analyst
Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare information company is seeking a Business Analyst . The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This person will be responsible for creating client deliverables, interface with the client, and meet client expectations. Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to healthcare processes, systems, and data.
Data Analysis: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decision-making.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve existing healthcare processes by identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare systems and applications.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure that business processes and systems comply with industry standards.
Project Management: Manage and coordinate healthcare projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments, translating technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that healthcare systems meet the required standards and specifications.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of healthcare systems.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Information Technology.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from healthcare data.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience in managing healthcare projects from initiation to completion.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare information systems, data analytics tools, and project management software (such as Excel, PowerBI, Tableau ect).
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in business analysis or healthcare management may be advantageous such as e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
