Asset Management Business Analyst

At PosiGen, we are passionate about saving our customers' money through solar. We are seeking an equally passionate Asset Management Business Analyst that can help us stand out and continue our growth both within our current markets and our upcoming expansion into new U.S. markets.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Work closely with all Managers within Asset Management and across departments to build accessible and actionable data libraries and tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Asset Management to support the strategic direction of the Department by bringing data-driven insights to all leadership decision-making processes.
• Provide management with regular visibility into departmental analytics to inform the business's strategic directions and KPI's.
• Work closely with internal departmental heads and executives to guarantee the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
• Work with Asset Management Leadership to support, track and report on implementation of critical projects and strategic priority plans utilizing a robust project plan approach.
• Be a subject matter expert in the design and recommendation of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within Asset Management and cross-functionally.
• Researches, develops, and implements processes and systems that lead to improved business performance and achievement of overall business goals.
• Promotes a culture of data-driven decision-making and consumer-focused analytics by providing clear data, analysis, insights across Asset Management and the impact for our customers.
• Supports PosiGen leaders in making strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Builds, maintains, and improves the existing business intelligence and analytics tools across the department and cross-functionally.
• Leads the measurement framework development and collaborates with leadership to define the business KPIs.
• Drives and oversees initiatives to meet and exceed performance expectations, key metrics, and enable overall profitability of the business.

This is an on-site position located at our Corporate Headquarters in New Orleans, LA.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business analytics, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
