Senior Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing)
Position Description
Become part of a team to help a large data warehouse cloud transformation to support the digital transformation capabilities and data analytics reporting capabilities for one of CGIs financial services clients. CGI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Mortgage Servicing experience to be an integral part of our team.
This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Define and implement Business Analysis, requirements management and business process documentation procedures for the project
Be the single point of contact for the Business stakeholders for requirements management
Conduct contextual interviews, meetings, brainstorming sessions and discussions required to bring business requirements to the development team
Manage requirements scope
Participate in data analysis, data modeling and gathering business user requirements for data visualizations
As and where required, develop POCs / visualization options to the business
Be instrumental in defining user stories for all business requirements captured
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
8-10+ years of hands-on business analysis, product owner type of experience in the US mortgage industry
Strong understanding of Mortgage Servicing is a must
Strong experience in requirements management
Experience in implementing data warehouse cloud transformations and data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300 - $150,200."
