Job description

The Brand and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Brand and Engagement (B&E) Team with the day-to-day activities required to bring key brand moments to life. Responsible for supporting the team with a variety of tasks, the B&E Coordinator will be exposed to many areas of the B & E functions, including but not limited to: social media, community engagement, strategy development and campaign planning and execution.


Comfortable working independently on smaller projects, while also working broadly across functions to support high visibility Marketing campaigns, the B&E Coordinator will assist in the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and content, development of thoughtful creative briefs, trafficking assets through our project management tool, gathering inputs and asset needs from our channel partners, and supporting ad hoc B&E needs for the company.

What You’ll Do

Brand Social

  • Develop and manage the social media (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) content calendar: Plan and organize monthly content themes, promotional activities, and special campaigns in line with our brand voice.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, that effectively tells the story of the WNDR Brand and engages our community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to capture and showcase exciting WNDR events, exhibitions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance to gain insights and optimize future strategies.
  • Use data from social media insights and analytics tools to refine content strategy and increase engagement rates.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for audience growth and increased interaction.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms: Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Promote ticket sales and special events through organic social media posts to drive additional leads: Leverage trending hashtags, collaborations with influencers, and interactive content to enhance reach and Engagement.

Engagement

  • Assist the Brand and Engagement team with the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Work in coordination with various cross-functional departments (i.e. creative, events, operations and retail) to facilitate day-to-day execution of engagement campaigns; focusing on asset development, submitting briefs, obtaining approvals and managing deadlines.
  • Coordinate campaign look backs and post-mortem analysis to capture learnings and insights.
  • Assist in creating impactful marketing email campaigns: Work on segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of email performance to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and deadlines for high visibility projects.
  • Research current industry trends and remain up to date on immersive and marketing trends
  • Support media billing and invoicing, liaising between vendors and the Finance department.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Evaluate and respond to local requests for sponsorships and donations.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with any other tasks or projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 or more years of Marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A creative eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of demand generation marketing principles.
