Employee Engagement Coordinator

About Your Role:
The Employee Experience Coordinator will provide administrative support to facilitate our various engagement initiatives such as talent management including learning and development, marketing, dashboard maintenance and reporting. This highly visible, customer-oriented individual has the unique opportunity to work with many partners and leaders across the company, gaining exposure and experience to a broad array of programs that drive the company's culture and employee experience. This role will also serve as the Relias LMS help desk support.
  • Serve as the SME for the Relias Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Providing end-user support for Relias by troubleshooting access and course related issues. Receiving and responding to inquiries for assistance and working to provide information and resolutions based on customer needs, referring more complex problems to appropriate staff
  • Prepare customized and regularly scheduled reports and assist with creation, maintenance and distribution of training-related reports for large-scale programs and organizational updates
  • Perform data analysis on users, enrollments, training activities and other key performance indicators
  • Track enrollments and registrations for enterprise wide required training
  • Support Manager of Employee Engagement with marketing of current L & D initiatives, identify new initiatives, training content design, delivery standards and reporting
  • Create storyboards to draft screen layouts, content, flow, graphics, audio script, and interactions appropriate to the content and based on input from SMEs, written materials, previous training courses, etc
  • Develops smaller scale training project plans in relation to Pathways Learning Series focused on wellness, diversity & inclusion and future topics; serves as producer
  • In partnership with the Human Resources Team, builds training series for Supervisor and Recruiting Series; serves as producer
  • Partner with Operations and fellow HR Team members to manage annual Retention Strategies, meeting quarterly, monitoring progress and pivot as needed
  • Participate in application upgrades and enhancements by analyzing requirements, changes and completing test
  • In partnership with Manager, Employee Engagement create reporting and metrics to continuously track and monitor Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Create and edit a wide variety of unique internal communications materials with tailored messages based on analyses of target audiences and business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers
  • Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards

Does the Following Apply to You?
  • Bachelor's degree. At least 1-2 years in a previous Employee Engagement, learning and development or training assistant, specialist or coordinator role
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and moving targets
  • Proactive approach and the ability to problem solve

  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships are essential
  • Knowledge of L & D technology tools including video, editing, hosting, teleclass platforms, licenses and other supports
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Language Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations.

Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to exercise independent judgment for HRIS related decisions.

Leadership Skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Drive and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
