Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
- Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry
- Prepare and send financial information to clients
- In charge of payroll-entering and adding and terminating employees
- Prepare and file sales tax for our clients
- Answer phones and send out mailings and assist during the busy tax season
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
