Bookkeeper/Adm Assistant

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
• Check figures, postings and documents for correct entry
• Prepare and send financial information to clients
• In charge of payroll-entering and adding and terminating employees
• Prepare and file sales tax for our clients
• Answer phones and send out mailings and assist during the busy tax season

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
