Mission Restoration, LLC is a fast growing and innovative roofing and restoration firm operating throughout Arizona. The position will be responsible for recording daily transactions across multiple bank accounts and credit cards, deposit checks, will ensure the accuracy of client invoices, will send online invoices to clients, and will help assist in bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable. You will perform detailed bookkeeping and accounting work directly with our full-time Sr. Finance Associate
Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping/G/L and transaction entries
- Accounts Payable
- Correct vendor billing/receiving errors and/or follow-up with vendors for resolution
- Posting of payments
- Daily bank balance review
- Processing hours, PTO, bonuses, etc
- Financial statements
- Aide in bank, credit card, and other reconciliations and postings
- Aide in month-end close activities
- Ad hoc accounting projects & reports
About You
You have a strong desire to get the numbers right. You are extremely detail-oriented and double check your work. You love math and accounting and following processes. You have great customer service skills and are comfortable dealing with confrontation. You can work with others in a collaborative manner and work with vendors and customers and other functional areas when needed to get accounting transactions or payment processing issues corrected.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extremely detailed
- Associates degree in accounting preferred
- 2 or more years of bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Timely and dependable
- Excellent at math
- Strong cognitive problem solver
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
- Friendly & optimistic
Overview
- Full Time 40 per week- Salaried
- Compensation: $45-$50k DOE plus Bonus's based on amount of outstanding funds collected
- Benefits available after 90 days
