Responsibilities
- Data entry and review - matching POs, entering vendor billing, etc.
- Assist with account reconciliations as needed.
- General office support.
- File documents and maintain Accounts Payable/Receivable files.
- Computer and software skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take ownership, and pride in the quality of their work.
- Self-starter with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to take on new projects.
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Computer and software skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
The introductory rate is $17.00 per hour for the first 90 days. If this is a good fit, the rate will increase to $20.00
