- Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office- Perform general clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents- Maintain office supplies and inventory- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- General Ledger through Financial System-Sales Tax Filing * -Answering Phones and talking to customers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage or Quicken
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred
