Job Description
General Contractor looking for fulltime Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant. Must be proficient in QB Desktop and Excel. Candidate should be detail oriented, have strong communication skills and results driven.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Answer all incoming phone calls & generate leads
· Create & submit estimates from Project Managers/Estimators notes
· Monthly reconcile Accounts, file sales tax
· Weekly payroll (ADP), job costing and expense reports
· Weekly bank feeds
· Support PM’s on daily basis to track project and employee schedules
· Set up approved jobs in QB's and add to schedule
· Input new hires into various systems
