Bookkeeper

Smile Systems is a growing dental company with corporate offices in Pleasant Grove, Utah. At this time, we are looking for a Accountant/Bookkeeper with experience working with multiple organizations that report in under the "umbrella or parent company". 

Responsibilities

• Managing and reconciling the company bank statements and ledgers. 
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
• Prepare & process payroll twice per month.
• Assist in bank transfers.
• Create and send invoices
• Post Payments & assist in past due collections.
• Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet
  
• Track business insurances and Team Member Health insurance

Qualifications

• Experience creating P&L Statements
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and others) and data entry.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including GAAP.
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
