Smile Systems is a growing dental company with corporate offices in Pleasant Grove, Utah. At this time, we are looking for a Accountant/Bookkeeper with experience working with multiple organizations that report in under the "umbrella or parent company".
Responsibilities
- Managing and reconciling the company bank statements and ledgers.
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Prepare & process payroll twice per month.
- Assist in bank transfers.
- Create and send invoices
- Post Payments & assist in past due collections.
- Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet
- Track business insurances and Team Member Health insurance
Qualifications
- Experience creating P&L Statements
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and others) and data entry.
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including GAAP.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
