Job Description:
Wild Coyote Foods is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proficiency in accounting and QuickBooks to join our team. As our Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company. Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks, including invoice processing, bill payments, and customer invoicing. Ensure timely collection of payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger using QuickBooks by recording all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis using QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports using QuickBooks, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately using QuickBooks and in compliance with relevant regulations. Ensure timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities using QuickBooks, including filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends using QuickBooks to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation using QuickBooks. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
