Responsibilities
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform basic accounting tasks.
- Performing account reconciliations and preparing all invoicing.
- Performing journal entries and analysis
- Generate accounts payable and receivable reporting.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Prepare and issue purchase authorizations and submit invoices for payment.
- Perform basic accounting tasks including tracking and accuracy checks of accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain supply inventory and assist in purchasing supplies.
- Communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
- Speaks clearly, concisely and effectively; listens to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s)
- Proficient on MS Office and QuickBooks
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel occasionally or work overtime as needed
- Interact with employees, customers, and colleagues effectively on a professional level

- High school diploma or GED equivalency
