Bookkeeper

We are looking for someone to join our Bookkeeping Team. We work with a wide range of companies across the United States, including doctors, dentists, food bloggers, construction, real estate, restaurants, etc. This is a full-time position here in our office, Monday - Friday.

Bookkeeping: This person will get assigned a group of companies that you will maintain their accounting in either QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online. Knowledge of both types of QB's is great, but not required and training is paid and available if needed for either one. The accounting specialist will post banking and credit card transactions, reconcile statements monthly, ask questions and provide reports to the client. These clients become friends as you work with them, and you get to see their business grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
