Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the office
- Support our team with various administrative tasks (answering incoming phone calls, redirecting calls, disseminating mail and correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Bank and Post office runs
- Assist in planning office activities and events
- Ordering and picking up office lunches
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities as directed
- Assist with monthly billings, collections, client follow up
- Send out new client engagement letters
- Set up new clients in our various systems
- Restocking office supplies and breakroom, purchasing office snacks
- Periodic basic maintenance and cleaning needs – soda machine, refrigerator, and microwave
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
Skills
- Previous experience as an Office manager or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
