Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Conduct AP/AR
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Assist with financial report writing and analysis
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors or government agencies, for compliance purposes
Skills:
-Experience in Construction Industry (must)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with governmental accounting regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related tax requirements
- Ability to create budgets
- Knowledge of corporate accounting procedures and financial reporting standards
- Experience in using Quickbook Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for financial report writing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for balance sheet reconciliation
