Your responsibilities
- Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Monitor accounts by balancing entries
- Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience using accounting software
