Join our client's team as an experienced Bookkeeper. This role will require expertise in payroll processing, monthly account reconciliations, and precise data entry. You will be working closely with financial data and should be proficient in various software applications, including Excel, Quickbooks Online, and Sage 50.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Precise and organized data entry.
- Maintaining and updating financial records.
- Managing financial transactions and documents.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Generating financial reports as needed.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and Sage 50.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Compensation: $20 -24 DOE
