SalaryOut patient Behavioral Health agency seeks a bookkeeper to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly bank reconciliations, daily financials and payroll and tax preparation. Will work closely with Insurance Department to review insurance payments, EOB's and adjust client invoices as needed.
This position is also responsible for creating client payment contracts and promissory notes and will have direct contact with clients.
Experience with Quickbooks Online required.
Candidates with previous experience working in a medical or mental health agency and have a good understanding of insurance are preferred.
An associates in accounting/bookkeeping is required, bachelors preferred.
Preference will be given to those willing to work out of both the Santa Fe and Albuquerque offices.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
