Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both the US and China offices.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial statements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow across both locations.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with US regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for both offices.
- Collaborate with other team members, including those in China, to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain confidentiality in cross-border communications.
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Note: The interviewer is located in China, and interviews are conducted via video format, typically lasting for half an hour, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the interview, arrangements will be made for on-site visits to the implant factory for further discussions on salary negotiation.
