Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both the US and China offices.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow across both locations.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with US regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for both offices.
• Collaborate with other team members, including those in China, to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain confidentiality in cross-border communications.
• Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: The interviewer is located in China, and interviews are conducted via video format, typically lasting for half an hour, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the interview, arrangements will be made for on-site visits to the implant factory for further discussions on salary negotiation.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
