Bookkeeper

This position provides a wide range of services, including bank reconciliation, general ledger maintenance and tax preparation. Seeking candidate with at least 5 years of experience in QuickBooks and or accounting software. Must be organized, able to work well with supervisor and coworkers, prioritize work, work efficiently, & exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to company owner
• Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
• Bank & credit card reconciliations

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience using QuickBooks
• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
