```Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and experience with various accounting software.
```Duties:```
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process accounts payable and manage vendor relationships
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end close processes
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
