Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Quickbooks Online - Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations

- Bi - weekly Payroll

- Filing and Paying Sales Tax Quarterly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation is a plus

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. You will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping principles, be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and possess excellent attention to detail. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
