Bookkeeper

We are a small family run company looking for someone to do the day-to-day bookkeeping and filing for us. It consists of entering in new contracts in quick books and billing customers, running payroll on our program and making the direct deposits. Depositing payments, doing month end taxes. paying bills. tracking income on excel, sending info to the accountant and some other day to day things that need done in the office, including some phone answering. You have your own office and somewhat flexible hours. You receive 1 week vacation each year for the first two years, 2 weeks from 3 to 5 and 3 weeks at 6 years. We provide 3 sick days a year and 4 hours of personal time each month. Our retirement plan is a simple IRA which we match 3% after the first year and we pay 80% of the health insurance plan. The outgoing person is retiring and has agreed to stay long enough to help train the incoming person so some skills could be taught.
